While unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free of nut or dairy products, where possible we will endeavour to cater for your needs and best advise you of whether or not menu items are suitable or can be adapted depending on your requirements. We are also hoping to have a gluten free day.
Our menu features a selection of Vegetarian dishes, including our battered halloumi slices, Quorn sausages and a vegetarian pie (see menu for further details). We use only 100% vegetable oil for our chips, making these veggie friendly, too – as, of course, are our mushy peas!
You can pay with cash or by most widely accepted credit and debit cards. We regret that we do not accept payment by cheque or American Express.
Unfortunately the tables at Hook are on a first come, first serve basis and we do not take bookings. However if you did have a large party please do give us a call and we can try and work something out for you. We are limited to approximately 20 covers in any event.
Hook is accessible by disabled and wheelchair users and has disabled toilet facilities.
Absolutely! Hook has a special Kids’ menu for our younger diners, which includes a main, chips and a drink for a set price (see menu for details).
There is some on-street car parking in South Street charges apply between 8 am and 6 pm but free after that time. There is also a NCP car park (just through the cut through) and more on-street parking in George Street which is a short walk away.
We will hopefully be sorting out a gluten free day in the future. If you do require gluten free in the meantime please ask a member of staff and we may be able to assist.
We offer a delivery service in Exeter through Deliveroo. This can be ordered online.
